At our live one-day intensives three times a year I present and facilitate these events which also include specialist guest speakers. You will leave the intensives feeling excited about the path forward and clear about what to do and how to do it over the next 4-months.
What resources do I get as part of the programme?

What is your past business experience?
For over 25 years, I have been building successful business ventures of my own and helping my clients to do the same.
Having started, bought, and built 11 different businesses of my own, personally coached and worked with hundreds of different businesses, I know what it takes to grow a business and make it successful.
How long have you been a business coach?
I have been a business coach for over 12 years. In that time, we have been through some good times and some tough times including the Global Financial Crisis, Cyclones, Floods, Fires and most recently COVID.
Tough times don’t last tough people do and those that are prepared are able to see and leverage the opportunities that are available in both the good times and the tough times.
Is it your own methodology you have developed, or have you bought, licensed or are a franchisee for the coaching system you are using?
I am the co-creator of the Get, Do, Keep methodology. We unpacked the wins from hundreds of clients and found what worked and why. You get the proven steps and “know how” to be able to quickly identify what needs to be done and how to do what needs to be done to get the best possible results.
From this I developed the Business Maximiser Programme. Which continues to be updated as the business landscape evolves.
Do you have a coach?
Yes, I do. Over the years I have had several coaches. As my business and I have grown, and my needs have changed I have and continue to work with different coaches and mentors. I am constantly updating my knowledge on business and personal development via webinars, courses, books, and my coaches.
Why would a coach not have their own coach to keep them accountable and on top of their game?
What would stop you from taking me on as a client?
A couple of things, first and foremost we need to be a “good fit”, I must feel confident that I can help you and that you are open willing to new ideas and will take action to make changes in your business.
So, to answer the question, if we are not a good fit, I am not confident that I can help you or you are not willing to implement what you learn, I will do my best to refer you to someone who can help you or recommend some other relevant and useful resources.
What happens if I sign up and then realise that your coaching programme is not right for me?
We have a “Love It or Leave It” policy. If after three months you are not blown away by the value of the programme, you can let us know and we can part ways, no strings attached.
