Muah! (That’s a kiss sound, well the best I’ve got)
Don’t be one of those people looking for the latest and greatest, fandangled (if there is such a word) strategy or tactic to improve your business, go back to basics and use KISS.
Keep It Simple Stupid
Here are my top three tips for this week:
- Follow up - whenever you have an enquiry and/or send out a quote make sure you follow up. (We have a super simple system which we teach our members)
- Slow down to speed up – be effective first and efficient second. Keep an eye out for our next newsletter on this point.
- Get paid – make sure people know how much to expect to pay, when you expect payment and that they can afford to pay you. It’s best to check these three things before you do the work.
