Sam Harrop is an experienced and well established business coach and mentor. He believes the best way to improve our communities, Australia and the world, is for more people to become owners of strong, profitable businesses. 

Over the last 20 years Sam has created, built and grown several successful businesses of his own. He has also worked with over 300 businesses and been instrumental in helping them achieve outstanding results.

Utilising his knowledge, passion and expertise Sam has developed and refined his signature program, The Business Maximiser Programme, which helps his clients achieve results quickly.

Nina Taylor
Marketing & Member Relations 

Nina is experienced in administration and marketing focused roles for companies of varying sizes. She specialises in graphic design, CRM's, how to best integrate technology into your business and client relations.

She has completed a Diploma in Social Media Marketing, training in the Adobe Creative Suite and is proficient in all aspects of business administration and business assistance. She has been working with Sam and the team since she arrived in Cairns, FNQ in 2018 after relocating from Bristol, UK.

Lindy Harrop
Accounts & Events Co-ordinator 

Lindy is known for “dotting all the I’s and crossing all the T’s” and ensures that the business runs efficiently and effectively. 

With a background in bookkeeping and business administration Lindy has a wealth of knowledge which she is able to share with our members.

Lindy co-ordinates and manages the events ensuring that all the finer details are covered and looked after thus ensuring  successful events for the team as well as the delegates.

Ben Walker 
Business Development Assistant 

Ben’s skills are diverse, he has worked in many different industries as well as owned a number of his own businesses.  

He is an entrepreneur that introduced to Australia a new water activity called SNUBA.  Ben owned a number of businesses operating SNUBA with some very large tourism operators on the Great Barrier Reef.  

He has also worked in the oil, mining and construction industries specialising in operating cranes, rigging and scaffolding.  

His main passion is business.  His role is to meet business owners and link them up with the help they may need to get them moving in the right direction.  

Sarah Bauling
Pitch & Communications Specialist 

Sarah is a professional speaker, trainer and author, specialising in pitch creation and communications. Her areas of passion are customer service, events and sales and marketing. Her focus and intent to always achieve success in these areas has resulted in many hours and years of learning and experience. She knows how impactful these segments are in any business.

Paul Furse
Audio Visual & Event Maestro 

Paul is an expert in corporate and personal branding, promotional videos, photography and event AV.

He is great at creating and capturing those special moments on camera. Not only is he a professional photographer, he’s a comedian and musician so he entertains you while he photographs you. Even if you hate having your photo taken, Paul makes sure it is a relaxing and fun experience.

Paul takes his work seriously, and seriously has a great time.
