Here's how you can sell more by changing just one word.
How many times have you walked into a store and had someone ask you “can I help you?”
The problem with this question is most people say no and you have lost the opportunity to help them buy from us!
Just by making a small change you can dramatically improve sales. Instead of asking a closed question in other words a question that can be answered with a yes or a no try asking an open question ‘how can I help you today?”
By doing this you have now created an opportunity for your potential customer to let you know what it is that they are looking for…..they have just walked into your store haven’t they so they must have a need or a want.
