Many people get into business because they are great at doing the work of the business. For example, a great electrician starts an electrical contracting business, a great plumber - a plumbing business and so on.

And that’s okay to start with, but as your business grows you will need to leverage off systems, technology and people. Getting the systems out of your head and being able to be run by other people is how you start to grow and scale your business.

Ultimately systems run the business, your team run the systems and you then manage and lead your team. This frees up your time to do what you enjoy (both inside and outside of your business) whilst being able to continue to make more money.
