One of the quickest way to turn quotes into jobs is to follow up. Don’t over think this, just pick up the phone the day after you have sent a quote and ask for feedback. Here’s an example:
“Hi Bob, it’s Sam here just phoning to check you received the proposal/quote I sent you and to find out what you think?”
If you haven’t followed up before and you have loads of quotes to follow up, then phone your best most promising and profitable quotes and send this e-mail to everyone else. It's short, it’s personal and highly effective.
“Hi Bob, are you still interested in replacing your fence? (Or whatever it was that you quoted them on)
